Malecón Escénico is the place for seafood and rows of restaurants line the beachfront, each serving similar fare at only slightly varied prices. Over the bridge in Tarqui, you’ll find another set of seafood restaurants, without the well-clad customers and fancy fanfare of its neighbors to the west.
