The well-presented Milenio Hotel is a bit of a splurge, but perhaps worth it. Spread over five floors, the rooms come with air conditioning which is helpful in the humid coastal climate, plus private bathroom and cable TV. In case you didn’t watch enough telenovelas in your room, there is also a common TV room. If you’re done with the TV, head to the Turkish bath, sauna and hydromassage area, where you can kick back and soak after a long bus journey. The hotel also has a garage and a bar. The hotel restaurant called is called Chelo’s and serves an array of meat and seafood options.
