This is definitely the place to try parrillada, the assortment of meat cuts on individualized grills. Ask any local in Santo Domingo, a city famed for its meats, and they will probably point you in the direction of El Rincon.

Perpetually crowded with families, often ordering up to five grills at a time, you might be hard pressed to find a table. Once you do, though, immediately order one for yourself. From traditional cuts of steak to cow udder, try it all (really!), as well as a jar of the restaurant’s lemonade to go with your meal – there is absolutely no way you’ll leave dissatisfied.
