For someone looking to splurge, the challenge will be deciding with which Chilean wine to accompany the many seafood and pasta dishes that are available. Most people come for the parrillada, or grilled meats, but be careful when ordering from the un-translated menu. Make sure that if you ask for “morcilla” or “chinchulín” that you are ready to eat blood sausage or intestines.
Eating with a vegetarian? The ravioli in a rich, four-cheese sauce is to be savored slowly! I went to this place last year with a few friends and we really enjoyed it. It was around eight of us- we ordered steak, potatoes, sangria, and the guys ordered beer. The bill was like 50 something... I thought it was VERY well worth it... :)
I loved it.
I expirienced the Parrilla del Nato, last fall when I was visiting Guayaquil, I had the opportunity to enjoy a nice tropical atmosphere, the service and food were great, the bill was pretty reasonable I enjoy it.
