Manglaralto is a coastal town two miles south of Montañita. It is a great escape from the touristy crowd in Montañita and offers a plethora of of natural and cultural experiences. Five minutes from Montanita and 15 minutes away from the bio-diverse Cordillera Chongon Colonche, Manglaralto is an ideal neutral point on this beautiful part of Ecuador's Pacific Coast.
