V!VA User‘s Description Hotels in Montañita tend to be unique and inexpensive. A backpacker's paradise, the small town features one inexpensive hostal after another. Prices listed can be extremely flexible; if you're trying to save money, see if you can cut a deal, especially if you're traveling in a good-sized group or staying for a while. If you don't like the looks of one place, just keep on walking down the street—there are lots of places to stay in Montañita. There aren't manyluxury hotels however,no one comes to this beach town to be pampered—just to surf and have a great time!
