Decorated in wild colors and wonderful art, Gio Bar and Drink provides a solid Saturday night out. With locals and travelers filling in as the night goes on, this bar and dance club is a must-visit for Montañita nightlife. Gio Bar plays all sorts of music, with live bands on the weekends (this is the only time there may be a cover charge), and owner Tito Verdaguer is more than willing to keep the club open until the last dancer leaves. Tito also offers massages and Reiki practices during the day, at $30 an hour.
