One of the nicer places to spend the night in Salinas, El Carruaje Hotel boasts clean, classy rooms with air conditioning and the option for a sea view (if you can afford to spend the extra money). Located on the Malcon, it is conveniently located near the popular Salinas bars, restaurants, and of course, the beach. Another bonus: the restaurant downstairs serves excellent national and international dishes, which come with first class service and a great atmosphere. Prices are a bit steeper than other places, but it’s not a bad place to drop a buck.

Be careful with your personal items as money, camera and watch, was stolen from my room, and when I reported to the owner, she just ignored my complaint, was very disappointed to loose your valuables items,
