If you’re on the Malecón and in search of a place to use the internet or to make an international call, then this is a good bet. This place doesn’t put on airs, and there’s nothing space age about it, but its air conditioned room is a cool place to surf the net or chat with friends and family. Note, there are only three computers to the back, which is highly contested territory during busy times. It is located in the Malecón, between Mar Bravo Surf Shop and the Alegro store. They charge the going rate of $1/hour.
