If you tire of the beach, but are looking to escape the heat, then head to Salinas Aquadventure, the Ecuadorian answer to a modern water park. A network of slides and pools fill with kids and adults alike, and the screams of delight can be heard a block away. Facilities are clean and spacious, though the park tends to get busy in the afternoons. This is a good spot for some down home family fun. Special discount for students and Salinas residents.
