This lovely little café on the eastern edge of town specializes in organic food and uses produce from its own organic farm in Dos Mangas. Here you can fill up on healthy, wholesome meals while listening to world music and sipping on ginger lemonade; it has plenty of vegetarian options. On Sundays, Soluna has a special brunch, with omelettes, eggs benedict or BLT sandwiches accompanied by fruit salad, fruit juice, home fries, and bloody marys, mimosas and bellinis. Every day after 4 p.m., Soluna's upstairs transforms into a cozy lounge with drinks and eclectic music. The owners are also involved in ecotourism and local charities, and can organize cheap tours to Dos Mangas. Monday and Thursday-Saturday 8 a.m.-2 a.m., Sunday 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
