The one perk about this hostal is that the $6/person price never changes, high season or low season. Apart from that, however, the hostal is really unimpressive. The rooms are clean but old and uninteresting. There is a common roof area with hammocks and patio furniture with views of Puerto Lopez and the beach in the distance. It is a fair distance up a hill from the beach and main strip of Puerto Lopez.
Other services include a farmacy, a restaurant in the building across the street, and a pool table and games to borrow in the lounge area.
