National Geographic Islander

The Islander is a small cruise ship with capacity for 48 guests. It has a very good reputation in the islands for service, facilities and quality guides. All rooms and common areas are air conditioned, elegant and tastefully decorated. It has internet, an on-board doctor and videographer. The food is excellent: it’s international with just enough Ecuadorian dishes to give you a taste of local life. Snorkeling gear is available and well-maintained. It is run by the internationally known Lindblad Expeditions in partnership with National Geographic. URL: www.expeditions.com.
