Great small theatre!
I liked the details and it's cleanliness.
Teatro de la Municipalidad de Asunscion
A modern style theatre, nice architecture, only the seats are a little hard to sit on. Very good sourround sound! Theatre shows, operas etc. in Paraguay have no or only short breaks. In my case at the theatre there were two short 10-minute breaks. Also, if you go in the Paraguayan winter (which means August and September) make sure you wear warm clothing as it is cold.
