This beautiful big house dates back from colonial times and is located in the city center of Arequipa. The first floor was recently declared a national historical monument in Peru and houses reception with a telephone, tax station and luggage lockers. The second floor has a republican façade and contains remodeled interiors, rooms, a cafeteria, an internet hall and service area for storage and laundry. There are 16 rooms available. Each bathroom has hot water while all rooms have cable TV, telephone service, a desk and closet. The rooms each have individual balconies with nice views.
