Sexta Hospedaje

The Sexta Hospedaje is only a few blocks walking distance from Arequipa's Plaza de Armas. The price is low—only five dollars for an overnight's stay—and the staff is courteous. Apart from that, this is another one of those hostels best suited for travelers completely indifferent to where they are going to crash for the night. The makeshift plywood "walls" dividing the units are soundproofed, according to the owner. The bathroom is one of those units in which the showerhead is virtually over the toilet stall. It's all sterile, or so says the owner, despite what looks like rot on the sink. It's your choice.
