This beautiful big house dates back from colonial times and is located in the city center of Arequipa. The first floor was recently declared a national historical monument in Peru and houses reception with a telephone, tax station and luggage lockers. The second floor has a republican façade and contains remodeled interiors, rooms, a cafeteria, an internet hall and service area for storage and laundry.

There are 16 rooms available. Each bathroom has hot and cold water while all rooms have cable TV, telephone service and desk and closet. The rooms each have an individual balcony and nice views.

Prices: single/$25.00, double/$35.00, triple/$45.00, quad/$55.00 and wedding room/$35.00. Continental breakfast is included.
