Adventure Tour
Cusipata Viajes y Turismo is one of the most comprehensive and professional tour operations in Arequipa. Their range of adventure services includes whitewater rafting, hiking, trekking, horseback riding, paragliding, mountain biking, kayaking (in fact they have their very own kayaking school, teaching everything from paddling to rolling); their prices range from $30 for a 1-day introduction to rafting to $2,000 for a 5-day excursion hitting the rapids in the deepest canyon in the world, the Cotahuasi. This is a family operation, managed by the Vellutino family, who are all experienced and certified guides.
