V!VA User‘s Description Aside from Condor viewing at the Cruz del Cóndor, Cabanaconde is a kicking off point for a couple of interesting and scenic hikes into the Colca Canyon. A trek to the Sangalle Oasis can be done in one day, or over a more leisurely two days, including camping at the oasis. Alternatively, there is a four-to-five-day hike, starting in Cabanaconde and ending in Andagua.
