Hostal Valle del Fuego is a two star hotel in an adobe house with a distinctly rustic feel, conveniently located in the town center of Cabanaconde. Some customers have not been very taken with the place, but the owners are very welcoming and have a lot of knowledge about the area. Don’t expect perks like heating, hot water or blankets, but the breakfasts are outstanding. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar where you can relax over a beer and an alpaca steak after a day of condor viewing or hiking.
