Easy to find on the Plaza de Armas, McElroy’s is a decent Irish bar in Chivay. The bar is fairly small, but sports a free pool table and a TV. Sometimes the pub has a happy hour. This is a place where you are sure to come across other travelers heading to the canyon for condor spotting. There isn’t too much that is recognizably Irish about the bar, but it is a great place to kick back for an evening.
