Wiracocha is a fine Spanish school, if a little expensive in comparison to some other Cusco schools. Most of the teachers are good and make the lessons enjoyable. However, the administration (owner) pays the teachers a meager sum and keeps the majority for herself. This is in the range of 25% going to the teacher, and 75% going to the owner (an unjust percentage by any standard!).
Also, if you stay with a host family arranged by the school, beware the house owner Gloria (last name withheld for privacy). Myself and 3 other students were treated with disrespect and lack of privacy in her house. Myself and a previous student also had money disputes with her upon leaving. Food at her house is sub-standard and questionably healthy. Expect to be taken advantage of (financially) in various respects... if you deal with Gloria on the side with any financial matters, ensure that everything is clear, in writing, in advance. Of course, accomodation will vary from house to house, but other students reported far more favorable experiences.
