This inexpensive but likeable lodge makes good use of its old colonial structure and offers attractive, clean, freshly painted rooms, and--most notably for its low price--electric heaters for coping with Cusco's notoriously brisk nights. There is a common area kitchen and television, the latter set up in patio, along with sofas for lounging and relaxing. Breakfast is available, and even though it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, it is also sufficiently distant by several blocks from nightlife noise. Internet, phone and money exchange services are also available. It also serves as a travel agency, and sells bus tickets to as far away as Puno and La Paz.
