Hostal Santa María - Hotel Cusco - Peru

Located a half block from the Catedral on the Plaza de Armas, amongst churches and Inca walls, Hostal Santa Maria is in a privileged location. Particularly pleasant is the second floor dining room where you can sit and marvel at La Compañía de Jesus church from a closer and more elevated angle than from the street. The 35 rooms, especially those toward the front of the hotel, are spacious, sunny, and warmer than most hotels in Cusco of a similar price. The street in front is relatively busy, but double paned windows in the street front rooms keep noise to a minimum. Service is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast, Wi-Fi and a computer is included. Hostal Santa María has been in business for 18 years, and has a good reputation. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value and highly recommended.
