MUY BUEN HOTEL

Experiencia Terrible

El lugar es comodo y agradable a la vista. El desayuno incluido es un servicio aceptable. Sin embargo, la recepcionista (Srta. GARDENIA), al ver que yo habia manchado con crema uno de los cubrecamas, arremetio contra mi madre levantado la voz e increpándole que era una persona NO NORMAL. Mi abuela una señora de OCHENTA AÑOS se puso sumamente nerviosa y mi prima de cuatro años que tambien nos acompañaba se puso a llorar. Desgraciadamente no estuve ahi para presenciarlo. Pero pude llegar a las horas del hecho con la Policia de Turismo, que cumplio el rol pacifico de establecer la Paz. La Srta. GARDENIA nego los hechos en todo momento. Mi madre de casi sesenta años estaba tan nerviosa que no podia siquiera bajar del hotel. Una experiencia terrible. Viajo muchisimo y es la PRIMERA VEZ que sucede algo asi. Las otras señoritas de recepcion fueron muy amables. Sin embargo, la srta. GARDENIA tiene un humor terrible Y UN TRATO PESIMO al cliente. Ojala la separen del equipo -que es agradable- porque al cliente NO SE LE DEBE TRATAR ASI.

Don't stay here!!

Since the staff stole things from our bags during storage, we strongly recommend that you find another hotel!
