Owned and operated by the international Sonesta chain, Posada del Inca is strategically located right in the center of old Cusco. The rooms are bright and airy, there is a relaxing lounge with a fireplace, and the service is very good. It has a tour desk which can help with trips and arrangements in Cusco (there is even an on-line "virtual concierge" so that you can book tours before you arrive!). The Posada del Inca is fairly expensive: it falls somewhere around the upper mid-range or lower upper range in terms of costs, but the location is perfect and the value is good for the money.
