Thirteen years old and going strong, Victor Victoria has long made itself a Cusco institution, winning the hearts and stomachs of young travellers with its cheap, tasty and filling breakfasts, such as pancakes, French toast and special-order omelettes. It is also open for lunch and dinner, specializing in native cuisine as well as common standards like hamburgers and fried chicken. It also offers a salad and pasta bar. Owner Rosa Victoria graciously welcomes all customers with maternal kindness. And, no, the name of the restaurant has nothing to do with the 1983 movie.
