The Centro Artesanal market, with its 350 stalls, is the biggest artisan market in the city and an excellent option for souvenir-hunting. Prices tend to be a little lower than the artisan markets around the Plaza de Armas. Take a cab or walk down Avenida El Sol from the Plaza, and you will find the market in a bright red building-you can't miss it. There's alpaca goods, textiles, jewelry, ceramics, musical instruments, paintings, and more.
