V!VA users had serious problems with this tourist agency in Cuzco and Lima. The agency gave travelers problems with tickets purchased from Machu Picchu to Cuzco and were not very reliable in helping with solutions.
On the flip side, if travelers run into problems with tourist agencies, don't be afraid to turn to the very helpful governmental agencies: the Cuzco Security Police, PeruRail and iPeru (the government agency that mediates relations between tourists and local agencies).
