Hostel

By Ricardo Segreda

Blink and you might miss this charming little hostel a little to the right, off the Cuesta San Blas route going north, on a street called Kurkurpata. The owner himself does not go out of his way to advertise his facility too well, with a paper sign announcing rooms over a more conventional sign calling attention to his café and giftshop. Perhaps with reason, since he only has five rooms; but consider yourself lucky if you can rent one. They start at $8.50 for a single room (a matrimonial room goes for $12), and have private bath rooms, hot water, and great views of the Cusco valley and city.  We should not foget to mention that, of course, Arrieros has its own in-house restaurant and gift shop.

This Hotel is: Very cheap
