Horseback Riding
Perol Chico specializes in exclusive, multi-day equestrian tours that are off the beaten track. Founded in 1996, the riding center is located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, between Cusco and Machu Picchu. It is surrounded by dramatic scenery in the heart of the Andes; snowcapped mountains, deep blue lakes and lush flora and fauna make this a gorgeous base for your tour. The rides include stunning vistas, exciting trails and fascinating ruins. Additionally, Perol Chico promotes ecological awareness while promoting the local cultures and traditions. All horses are Peruvian Pasos trained with traditional Peruvian horsemanship and are kept in immaculate condition. Prices range from $720 for a three day ride to over $3,000 for a 12 day ride. Custom itineraries are available.
