Among party-loving travelers, Cusco has a reputation for hosting daily fiestas thanks to city-wide happy hours. However, for the traveler with a mean sweet tooth, Vuelto is the best place to be during happy hour, with two-for-one crepes from 3 to 6 p.m. The happy hour selection is slightly slimmer pickings than the proper menu, which in addition to a long list of the sweet and the savory also serves up fresh salads and a variety of sandwiches; but the prices are a bargain for such rich food. Sate your sweet side with toppings like Nutella, fruit, ice cream or caramel, or make the nutritionally responsible decision with a choice like Vuelto's oh-so-simple yet oh-so-delicious tomato, basil and mozzarella on ciabatta. Fine espresso and a nice selection of wine round out the café's European flavor.
