Three-Windowed Temple

Historical Building, Hiking, Trekking

V!VA User‘s Description

Not far from the Chamber of the Princess is the spectacular Three-Windowed Temple.  It is part of a complex situated around the Sacred Plaza, a ceremonial center that some argue is the most captivating section of the city. The temple's unusually large, trapezoidal windows perfectly frame the mountains unfolding beyond the Urubamba River valley. To your left as you face the Three-Windowed Temple is another popular Machu Picchu attraction, the Principal Temple.
