Tinkuy Buffet Restaurant

Location:
Machu Picchu
Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail, Peru

Restaurant Types:
lunch buffet

By Liz Kersjes

Tinkuy Buffet Restaurant is a part of Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge, the only hotel within walking distance from Machu Picchu. The buffet is pricey if you’re only looking for a light meal, though the price does include salad, main course, dessert and nonalcoholic beverages. Tinkuy fills quickly with day trippers, and the noisy, crowded room can make it easy to forget this restaurant is part of a five-star hotel.
