In the last hour or two, when you've done Machu Picchu and you're waiting for your train to leave Aguas Calientes, the artesanal market is worth a wander. This covered market is right next to the train station and offers a wide selection of goods, including intricate weavings, jewelry, sweaters, bags and all the other trinkets you'd expect. In addition to souvenirs and gifts, you can pick up snacky foods ahead of your train journey to Ollantaytambo or Cusco.

Traveler Reviews of Artesanal Market

Not a shopper

Rating: 0%

I'm not much of a shopper, but this place wasn't bad for whiling away half an hour. Shoppers would enjoy it.
