Hostal Mandor

Location:
Avenida Pachacútec
Aguas Calientes, Peru

Hostel

By Ricardo Segreda

This is another small, efficient, clean hostel on the popular and touristy Avenida Pachacútec for travellers just wanting to be close to everything before and/or after their Machu Picchu ascent. The rooms and bathrooms are small; indeed, it seems that the shower stalls are right over the toilet for those who want an all-in-one experience, but the prices range from a mere $6 to $15 depending on season. Towels are an additional two dollars. Each room features an empty beer bottle amusingly outfitted in miniature folk dress garb.

This Hotel is: Mid-Range
