With only four rooms in an old rustic building, the Hospedaje Pumamarka evokes a pioneer spirit of a romantic past. In terms of budget accommodation, if you are looking for cheap but quality, this is one of the better deals in Ollantaytambo. Prices for a single room vary from three to five dollars depending on the season, and the rooms are top-notch: spacious, comfortable and artfully fashioned, with great window views of the looming green Sacred Valley mountains. One caution: this really is an old building, and the second floor hallway and entrances have low-ceilings, so if you are tall, Duck! The owners also rent horses, arrange tours and offer money exchange services.
