Getting to and from Pisac

In terms of making it to Pisac from Cusco, most travelers take either combis or colectivos, vans or mini-buses that depart from the corners of Puputi and La Cultura in  Cusco, or Tullumayo and Garcelazo, when they have enough passengers, which is usually every 15 minutes. The cost is about two soles, or $0.70. The trip itself takes about 45 minutes. To return to Cusco or head on to Urubamba and other cities, the colectivos and combis arrive and depart continuously from near the town market. Cabs can take you back and forth for about $5. There are also chartered bus tours which can be arranged through any travel agency.
