If you're in the mood to try some of the best trout in the Cusco area, then head over to Restaurant Valle Sagrado. At lunch this place is packed with locals, who flock to the restaurant for owner Carmen Luz' tasty soups and sandwiches, and trout, chicken and lamb rib dishes. The building's faux-Inca walls distinguish it from the numerous other restaurants situated nearby.
