Hostal Luquini

Here you have the option of a single room for only $5, with no private bathroom, or for $10 with. A double with a private bathroom goes for $15. The rooms are serviceable and clean, and come with cable TV. There is a nice patio inside the hostel, and the rooms are well insulated from most street noise. Apart from that, this hostal, located in front of the Plaza Bolognesi in Juliaca, is recommended only if the superior Hotel Sakura and the Royal Inn are full.
