The other vegetarian restaurant on Jirón de Ucayali has a very funky design, with East Indian, Cambodian and Tibetan folk art on display. The food is a competent offering of tempeh, soy and other vegetarian favorites, along with meatless South American offerings, such as choclo. The service is so-so, but the price is very reasonable, with plates starting at two dollars. It also has its own gift shop, selling many of the same folk crafts as in the restaurant, as well as some Peruvian work.
