Things to Do in Lima

Next, wander into a church or monastery that highlights the dominating role of religion throughout Peru's history. If religious anecdotes inspire your appetite, you will want to step into a Peruvian café to sample authentic foods from the country. Next, be sure to make time to visit one or two of the country's most extensive and fascinating museums followed by a traipse through various Inca ruins that are set against Lima's modern backdrop. Exhausted, take a quick nap and refresh yourself for an exciting evening. Enjoy a dinner of the freshest seafood available overlooking the ocean and dance the night away to the lively rhythms that define South America.
