With eleven locations in and around the city, Gold's Gym Peru is far more than a weight training center and suits most workout needs. Catering to all ability and exercise levels, the facilities are fully equipped, clean and modern. Equipment is in excellent and new condition, and feature Stair masters, Elliptical machines, treadmills and stationary bikes. There are also large studios for aerobic, dance and strength training classes. A sample of classes include Pilates, yoga, step aerobics, spinning, strength training, cardio kickboxing, among others. Gold's Gym Peru also has extensive weight-training equipment for both males and females. Most locations also have nutritionists, personal trainers, daycare, small cafeteria, massage services and on-site sauna. It also provides a running club and outdoor athletic excursions. Prices vary amongst clubs and member sign-up discounts are frequent.
