The Central Bank Museum has three sections: archaeology, numismatic (coins and money) and art. The archaeology section is located in the basement and has an interesting pottery collection. The currency exhibit is on the first floor and features colonial-era coins. The art exhibit on the top floor features paintings from the 19th and 20th centuries, many by Peruvian artists.
