A tranquil boulevard lined with various quaint bars and restaurants separates El Condado from the chaotic, casino-infested Avenida Larco. It's close to the action, but the narrow one-way street contributes to a detached, relaxed vibe. The whole hotel--the individual rooms and the common areas--are decorated with class and subtlety. A warm orange lighting sprayed on mahogany pervades the bar, the reception area and the suites. All rooms are equipped with a standard mini-bar and wireless connection, not to mention private baths, hot water, comfy beds, cable and phones. With a gym, hot-tub, classy bar and restaurant, El Condado is a definite contender for those willing to spend the dough.
