We have two new apartments in a five-story building, one next to the other. The building also has a twenty-four hour surveillance camera and a security guard, which makes this building very secure. The apartments are located on the fourth floor, with accessibility to an elevator and garage. It also has cable TV and High speed Wi-Fi Internet.

In the apartments, you will find all the comfort you have at home! The building itself is located in the city of Lima, and in the beautiful district center of Miraflores, where at walking distance, you will have a diversity of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, art galleries, beaches, and shopping centers.

The two apartments each measure 65 square meters. In each apartment, there is one master bedroom with a queen bed and alarm clock and another room with two beds. Linen is provided with polar blanket and duvets. Both rooms have wide closets with lots of clothing space! There is a comfortable living room and a dining table for six people. There is cable TV, a DVD player, stereo and high speed Wi-Fi Internet. There is also an incoming telephone line for your comfort to receive phone calls and you can make calls (local and long distance) too, buying affordable prepaid cards. We also have electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, blender, waflera, Coffee Maker, electrical, toaster. China and cutlery for 6 persons with salad bowls and service of tea. Glasses for wine and beer. There is also ironing board with iron, and a hot water heater.
