Apartment in Lima owns two new apartments in Miraflores, available for rent by the week or month.  In Miraflores, you will find many different restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, art galleries, beaches, and shopping centers all within walking distance. It's also only a five minute walk from the beach.

The two apartments are located in a five-story building, one next to the other.  The building has a twenty-four hour surveillance camera and a security guard, which makes this building very safe. The apartments are located on the fourth floor, with accessibility to an elevator and garage.  

Each apartment measures about 65 square meters and has one master bedroom with a queen bed and another room with two full beds. Linen and blankets are provided. There is a comfortable living room and a dining table fit for six people. The aparment is also furnished with all the comforts you would have at home: cable TV, a DVD player, a stereo, high speed Wi-Fi Internet, and a telephone line. There is also ironing table with iron, and a hot water heater for all bathrooms and kitchen.

The kitchen can serve six people and comes fully equipped with: electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, blender, wafflemaker, coffee Maker, electic kettle, and toaster. Glasses for wine and beer and dishware six are also provided.
