La Dalmacia

This is a place where people from Miraflores go for coffee, for a drink or to eat, and, of course, to look and be seen. The daily special is chalked on a board and the food is displayed around their horseshoe-styled bar. Tapas are popular, and great for a light lunch or supper. La Dalmacia is candlelit. It is full by about 10 p.m., so if you want a table, get there early. Slices of home-baked bread served with seasoned olive oil for dipping greets you as you decide what to order. La Dalmacia has a good selection of wines and a bar. Quiches are very popular as well as soufflés of spinach and artichoke. If you are a vegetarian, try the outstanding veggie lasagna. When La Dalmacia is full, the noise level is high. It is within walking distance from Larcomar and the center of Miraflores.
