You'll find this impressive restaurant tucked away in the tranquil backstreets of Miraflores. A fusion of international techniques with classic Peruvian recipes, you can’t find Peruvian food much better than Brujas. It offers an excellent three-course buffet, as well as a broad menu of individual meals. Located in a large, wooden chalet-like mansion-–high wooden ceilings with basic, yet tasteful décor-–Brujas has a very relaxed, unpretentious ambience. If you’re going to spend the bucks, Brujas is something you shouldn't miss. Open Monday-Sunday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.

Despite it's romantic name and reputation this place is way over-rated. Service is interminably slow and the food is mediocre at best. It's just fine for the tourist experience, but little more.

The atmosphere is great, drinks are *really* strong, and the gorgeous people from Lima are here. Expensive for Peru, though. Try the odd pisco drink combos.
