Things to Do in San Isidro

+ Add a Photo

By Kristi Mohrbacher

As one of Lima's residential districts, San Isidro has fewer activities than surrounding areas but is no less interesting. There are a handful of museums boasting highly recommended private collections of pottery, jewelry, textiles and ceramics, fascinating archaeological and anthropological artifacts and interesting tidbits of Peruvian history. Be sure not to overlook San Isidro activities in favor of other neighborhoods in Lima. Top off the day with a visit to the area Inca ruins and a nice view of modern San Isidro.
